The Museums, Heritage and Tourism | INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH NETWORK Journal is a free access online academic journal and aims at promoting international research in the areas of museum and tourism studies not only within the scope of traditional tourist gaze practices, but also focusing on the history of tourism and leisure and on more contemporary exhibition canvas validated by current travelers.
Considering the particularities and the transversal essence of tourism, this journal encourages and welcomes interdisciplinary academic contributions.
All contributions are published in English after a process of peer reviewing and should focus on the areas of tourism, heritage, history and museums.
